Restorative Action - JALC

Restorative Action

Whether you are a parent, teacher or student, you want school to be a safe and healthy place. Conflict in social settings like schools is normal and natural, but unresolved conflict causes harm and uncertainty.

Restorative Action is an approach to resolving conflict that is based on a set of principles and values. These principles and values guide a response that is needs based and focused on meaningful outcomes. Restorative Action utilizes trained students and staff to help facilitate the restorative process.
