Project Resiliency Day Treatment Program was created to fill a Langley School District need that has been widely recognized by school district staff, Trustees, parents and youth. Many students who are suspended do not benefit from “being away” from school -for many this is simply “time off” to sleep in, hang out with friends, with little or no adult supervision. For others this is a time that further reinforces their lack of connection to schools and worsens their disengagement from support services.
